The registration period for the Spittelberg Christmas Market runs until July 30th, 2021. The places will be awarded at the beginning of August with the best of knowledge and conscience.
If the market is cancelled by the authorities before 2nd November, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded and the stand operators will be reimbursed for the fees paid up to the date of cancellation. If the market is cancelled by order of the authorities as of 2nd November, the demurrage will be refunded pro rata temporis in accordance with the principle. As with any market event, the economic risk of business success and all health risks associated with participation in the market are borne by the stand operator, whoever is familiar with this subject.

Handcrafters - only products from own production
1. Base costs:
Retail sale: € 1100,00 in addition 9,60€ per squaremeter and day
Handcrafters: € 750,00 in additon €8,20 per squaremeter and day
Applies to following streets: Spittelberggasse, Siebensterngasse, Burggasse, Stiftgasse, Schrankgasse and Gutenberggasse
2. Electricity costs:
The company "The Power Company" bills the electricity costs and provides the electricity. They will provide the electricity according to your registration sheet so please fill out the category "electricity use" precisely and correct!
3. Rental Huts /Booths for the period of the market:
• 2,5 m x 1,5 m € 835,00
• 3,0 m x 1,5 m € 885,00
• 4,5 m x 1,5 m € 990,00
• 5,0 m x 1,5 m € 1.220,00
(each inklusive the mantling and dismantling)
We want to make clear that the huts /booths we rent out, only come completely empty. This is because we have a big variety of product offers so a individual design concept has to be found the best option. This especially is one of the reasons why the Spittelberg Christmas market is so colorful and has an extraordinary look . If you have any questions oder need advice in relation to the decor (lights, tables, shelfs, heating, etc.) do not hesistate to contact us we are happy to help.
Of course you are also welcome to participate the Spittelberg Christmas market with your own stand. Please note that the authorities have prescribed the following regulation regarding the height of the flaps: "The height of the lowest point of the sales stand or flaps/canopies must be at least 2.20 m.".
4. Begin of the Market build up:
The exact dates will be sent to you with your contract by e-mail.
Caution! Since the 7th disctrict in Vienna is part of the city wide parking laws, mondays through fridays parking tickets are needed from 9am until 10pm. Also in this year we will try to arrange a special condition parking ticket for the hut operators. We will inform you on time about this.
