Protecting the environment and thus also the climate, working in a resource-saving manner, has always been essential for the organizer of the Spittelberg Christmas Market. This year, the City of Vienna has also recognized this by awarding the title “EcoEvent”. We are convinced that climate protection measures will continue to be indispensable for successful Christmas markets in the future. The future or the flourishing of the markets will be even more strongly connected with their ecological and social orientation.
